Suggestions & Complaints

To help to improve our services to our patients, we welcome suggestions and complaints.

If you wish to make a complaint about the Surgery, we would be grateful if you could contact our Manager, Christine Russell, in the first instance who will be happy to listen to your concerns.  Alternatively, you can complete the attached complaint form.

Every month, we gather feedback from our patients using the FFT (friends and family test form) and use these to see how we can improve our services
